Bonus Policy
General Bonus Terms
Bigbat offers Promotions and Bonuses subject to these General Bonus Terms. Unless a Promotion includes its own terms, these apply. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and any Promotion-specific terms, the Promotion-specific terms prevail. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility and Uniqueness of a Bonus
Each player may receive a Bonus only once per qualifying period. A Bonus is issued to a single player and is linked to identifiable factors including, but not limited to, the person, home address, email, IP address, phone number, account number, payment method, and device used for access. Bigbat reserves the right to refuse a Bonus to any player or group of players at its sole discretion.
Activation, Wagering Requirements
Bonuses become active after the applicable promotion terms are met. Unless a Promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements are calculated as follows:
- Deposit Bonus: 35x the sum of the initial deposit and the Bonus amount.
- Free Spins Winnings: 40x the winnings amount derived from Free Spins.
Wagering must be completed before any Bonus balance or winnings generated by the Bonus may be withdrawn.
Active Bonus, Cumulative Offers, and Single Bonus Policy
Only one Bonus may be active at any time. Deposit Bonuses are not cumulative with other Bonuses unless Bigbat records a separate promotion permitting multiple Bonuses.
Activation Window and Expiry
A Bonus is valid for 10 days from the date of activation. If the wagering requirements are not satisfied within this window, the Bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's balance.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds and Release Cap
There is a cap on the amount that can be released from a Bonus into the Real Balance for withdrawal. The release cap equals ten (10) times the initial Bonus amount awarded. Any amount exceeding this cap will remain in Bonus balance until wagering requirements are met or the Bonus expires.
Use of Bonus Funds vs. Real Balance
While a Bonus is active, wagers are funded from the Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are utilized only after the Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake.
Cancellation, and Withdrawing Before Wagering is Met
A Bonus may be canceled by the player or by Bigbat before the wagering requirements are completed. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the wagering requirements, the entire Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed, and the player may withdraw only the remaining Real Balance.
Bet Limits While a Bonus is Active
While a Bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is set at the equivalent of €5 / R$20 / 55 NOK or the equivalent in the player’s chosen currency. Bets exceeding the limit do not count toward the Bonus wagering requirements and may forfeit associated winnings.
Wagering Weights by Game Type
Wagering contributions toward Bonus play vary by game type. The standard weights are:
- Slots and Keno: 100%
- Table Games: 0%
- Video Poker: 0%
- Craps: 0%
- Live Casino and Jackpot Games: not eligible to contribute while a Bonus is active
Bigbat maintains a list of game titles that do not contribute toward wagering or that are restricted while a Bonus is active. These lists are updated and apply at all times; players should refer to the current Promotion terms for the exact scope of excluded and non-contributing titles.
Territory Eligibility and No-Bonus Regions
Bonuses are available only to players located in jurisdictions where such promotions are lawful. Some territories are excluded from participating in Promotions or receiving Bonuses. The current exclusion list is published in the Promotion terms and may be updated from time to time. Players located in excluded jurisdictions are not eligible to participate or receive Bonuses.
Prohibition of Bonus Abuse and Compliance
Bigbat prohibits irregular play and any attempt to exploit Promotions. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to,:
- Wagering on bonus funds to build value for withdrawal before depositing additional funds
- Use of betting systems or consistent high-risk, low-variance strategies aimed at clearing wagering requirements
- Multiple accounts to obtain additional Bonuses
- Collusion with other players or sharing account access
- Deliberate cancellation of Bonuses to avoid wagering requirements
- Any activity that Bigbat deems to be an abuse of Promotions
Violations may result in forfeiture of winnings, depletion of balance, and/or account suspension or closure, at Bigbat’s sole discretion.
Administration, Errors, and Change of Terms
Bigbat may cancel or modify a Bonus if it detects an error, fraud, or a breach of these Terms or the Promotion’s own terms. The Company reserves the right to interpret these Terms and make final decisions regarding eligibility, wagering, and withdrawals.
Transferability and Miscellaneous Provisions
Bonuses and winnings derived from Bonuses are not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable to other accounts. Bigbat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate Promotions, as well as these Bonus Terms, at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable law. The interpretation of these terms rests with Bigbat and is binding on all participants.
